Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be handled the same day, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.

Please note that for all the countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible of any duty and tax fees. This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.
Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We remind first-time Clients that 44 LABEL GROUP can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official DHL website http://www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” area.
Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, contact 44LABELGROUP.COM at customer-care@44labelgroup.com, we will open a claim with DHL asking for further investigation.
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by 44LABELGROUP.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Customer (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the 44LABELGROUP.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
